The Almighty Dressage Giraffe!

Maybe your sim is a little unconventional. Maybe they are looking to make a statement in the dressage ring - and what better way to do so then riding the Almighty Dressage Giraffe? Their uphill build is perfect for collection and is sure to catch the eye of any judge. Just keep in mind that the giraffe is STILL a wild animal - and may take a little while to train.

Aint nothing but mammals!

Life just isn't worth living without a 3 lb, yappy, insecure accessory that you constantly carry under your arm. Especially when it just so darn cute.

Ideal for your sims that are high maintenance, spoiled, rich, irritating, or in general, Paris Hilton like. Minus the sex tape. Or maybe not?

Regarding the request for .zip vs .rar

Given the recent deluge of emails in the last two days regarding requests for .zips instead of .rars:

If you read the blog, you will notice last December I suffered a series of catastrophic computer failures - my Mac currently functions on with the entire keyboard stripped off the laptop, and faceplate removed. As shocking myself from a short from the circuitry is NOT one of my favorite things, I try to avoid this computer. This was also where I did all of my conversions. My new laptop is currently trying to get up to speed so I can do conversions, however I lost all of my conversion files - as well as my Photoshop (hence no new updates from me on VS OR Equus). In light of the recent request I am CONSIDERING offering .zip extensions for those more comfortable using them - HOWEVER I ask that you exercise patience and restraint. In order to offer these I will have to REDOWNLOAD all of my own content. ;) Which will take some time to do.

For those of you saying .rar's cannot be installed into the game:
Please make sure that you are actually extracting the files from the archive. Sims 3 cannot read a .zip OR a .rar . You must extract the .sims3packs from the archive file and install THOSE into your Downloads folder.

Yes - most of my downloads are .sims3packs and must be placed in the DOWNLOADS folder, NOT the Mods/Packages folder. I will NOT be releasing any downloads as .packages seeing as I use TSRW for most of my conversions.

;) Back in Business

Hello everyone!

I'm pleased to announce that I have finally obtained an external disc drive, and although my computer is limping along, we're back in business and absolutely PUMPED at the news of Sims 3 - Pets! to be released this fall!

Also here to announce they we will be MOVING! :D For quite some time my stuff has also been hosted at Equus-Sims, a more comprehensive, Equine related only Sims site. For simplicity's sake, I'm going to be posting over there from now on!

Still Down. :|

Hello munchkins!

I'm here, I'm here - sorry for my absence, but my computer capabilities are still disabled at best. CD drive isn't working so I can't boot up my game to play - I mean I could release untested content for you all but if I crashed someone's game I would be mortified. So we wait!

:( Sorry kids! Hoping to get some kind of fix here soon.

Delays!

Hey kiddos!

Sorry for the abrupt disappearance - Vet School started up again in full force, and I have some regrettable news. No, we're absolutely NOT closing or going on hiatus. I've been working on a fairly substantial conversion (no it's not moving critters or anything either, don't get too excited), it's just a lot of objects with a lot of detail (deceptively so!) and I wanted it to be perfect. To deliver that, I've had to learn how to do several new things - just time consuming.

It's already been awhile and I was hoping to get my new conversion online for all of you this weekend, but my PC's power adapter ate it's own brain and has been reduced to chirping like a cricket. Until I replace this, my projects are all on hold!

Sorry about that munchkins, I'll try to be back in action as soon as possible!

In the meantime, my personal online journal and random simming is usually chronicalled at What-The-Sims, the WTF button located in the nav bar. Check it out, although, it's usually a little profane.

Just Chillaxin

And since I just brought you TSC's wonderful Horse Trailer, I thought I'd quickly convert her more relaxed Pose Set 3! Includes some quieter poses that will go just wonderfully with the trailer, including a special loading pose - no OMSP required!  ;) Of course you can always use some of the more 'psycho' poses in the older pose sets for horses who aren't easy loaders!
